The proportion of coal-fired power generation in the total electricity consumption will decline with the development and utilization of various renewable energies.However,considering the peculiarity that the coal accounts for 90% of the proven fuel energy in China and the reality that total installed capacity of power generation in China has exceeded 1.3 billion kilowatts,any form of power generation other than coal power generation cannot afford such a huge electricity demand.Therefore,the domination of coal power generation will not be changed for a long time in future.The China government carries out a series of policies including encouraging ultra-low emissions and energy conservation.These policies along with the previous subsidies of FGD,denitration and dust removal electricity,has formed a complete green power tariff policy in regards to coal long time it stations.In order to coordinate the contradiction between environment and power development.It is still important to study the technology of the thermal power plant,especially the research on the process of environmental protection.FGD island is one of the most important parts of the environmental protection part of the thermal power plant.The environmental problems,technical reliability and cost problems caused by the FGD island are contradictory.The process selection process is particularly important,and the diameter affects the construction of the entire thermal power plant.This paper will discuss the process choice of Chifeng Cogeneration Project Engineering and make cost analysis of the technology choice.According to the economic analysis of the project,this paper tries to solve the problems including low utilization of resources,low quality and efficiency,poor environmental adaptability and innovation ability and many other difficulties and problems.By making the cost analysis of the technology choice for the Chifeng Cogeneration Project,this paper figures out the advantages and disadvantages,especially in the choice of technologies,of different FGD island design proposals.The evaluation of the design proposals focuses on high quality,low cost,innovative and advanced technology specification.The paper finally makes the conclusion that limestone-gypsum wet FGD plan meets the requirement of the project best and make cost analysis of the limestone-gypsum wet FGD plan by using level of analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
