The intelligent network will bring me the opportunity of subversive and build a new car ecology based on the technology of the Internet of cars,which will become the most valuable segment of the Internet of things.It has gradually developed into a sunrise industry in China and has been incorporated into the strategic emerging industries.It has developed rapidly in recent years.This study explores the FAW liberation demand analysis of commercial vehicle intelligent management system of the company's standard and perfect,based on the viewpoint of grasp the market window period,improve the competitiveness of the commercial vehicle market,as well as the commercial vehicle industry chain through each link of the customers with complete function and value services,to meet customer demand at all levels,and provide reference for related products demand analysis.After decades of development,the company to grow strong,FAW liberation of free brand medium-duty truck series,including ordinary truck,dump truck,tractor,semi-trailer,mixers,mail car,such as more than 500 varieties,with annual output of 200000 vehicles.However,with the development of national economy,the commercial vehicle market competition intensifies,by providing car networking products,improve product value-added way become the inevitable choice to achieve a competitive market advantage,the FAW also grasp the car networking in the process of window,and create their own vehicle intelligent management system,but due to various factors,vehicle management system is not able to achieve the ideal effect,assist in commercial vehicle occupy the bigger market,including customer needs analysis of in-depth,not from the chain on the overall analysis of product life cycle analysis process is too long and so on factors,failed to timely grasp the market demand and customer requirements.In this paper,FAW liberation of the company's case study of vehicle intelligent management system requirements analysis,first briefly introduces the related theory about product positioning,demand analysis,the existing marketing theory and made a brief overview of related literature and research.Secondly,introduce the introduction of FAW liberation company and related products,and find out the problems existing in the demand analysis of the Internet of vehicles.Again,in view of the domestic macro environment and market competition situation analysis of the commercial vehicle market space,and then analysis the market demand of commercial vehicle management system,and combining with the product in the life cycle of various interest groups to do facing the basic functional requirements outside of the value-added functional requirements is analyzed.Finally,the paper summarizes the problems that should be paid attention to in the requirements analysis of the intelligent management system of commercial vehicles,as well as the procedures and procedures that should be standardized in the demand acquisition and demand analysis.At the same time for the implementation of the standard requirements analysis guarantee measures are put forward related Suggestions,provide a reference for other similar products and demand analysis,and better for the product function design play a guiding role.This paper studies the purpose is to hope that through the study of commercial vehicle intelligent management system requirements analysis,combining the theory of product life cycle and KANO model,analyzed the experience of product demand analysis,and explore the specification requirements analysis way,provide Suggestions for product development and continuous upgrading of the iteration.Therefore,under the new normal environment,more traditional manufacturing enterprises gain competitive advantage and long-term development in the transformation and upgrading competition.
