Since the reform and opening-up policy,the economic construction in our country has attained great achievements.The rapid growth in economy has a deep influence on every aspect in our daily life,especially in trips.Traffic becomes more prosperous as various ways of transportation appeared.Their respective features give people abundant choices to travel every day.However,the most convenient travel mode is still left to highway.Recent years,the construction of our expressway has developed by leaps and bounds.The total mileage of the world high-speed railway is over 130 thousand which surpasses the USA and becomes the first in the world in 2014.Nevertheless,the problem of traffic congestion has become more and more severe in large cities which was caused by fast development of economy.Subway,playing a very important role in newly developed city rail transit system,has got large attention as its large traffic volume,high speed and land saving.The first subway was constructed in 1965 in Beijing and put into operation in 1969.Although we had a very narrow research and a late beginning on subway,we have made fast progress in recent 50 years.As mechanical and electrical system is a vital part in subway construction,stability and safety have a big significance in subway operating.Mechanical and electrical installation is a core project in subway construction.Looking back to the history of rail transit in the whole world,there must have been more or less incidents and casualties because of the quality of mechanical and electrical installation.These incidents which caused economic losses and produced a very bad impact on the society go against the application and the promotion of subway.To ensure a safe operation on subway,our country is very strict to every standard towards subway construction.As the innovation of the facilities,materials and techniques,the quality and technology in the process of subway construction are facing new challenge.With the accelerating process of urbanization,traffic congestion has become a huge disturbing problem in daily trips and the development of large cities.As a matter of fact,it is an effective way to develop subway on behalf of the city rail transit system.More and more constructors attach great importance on the control and quality during construction process to make sure that it is safe and steady in accordance with national standards.As a very important part in subway construction,mechanical and electrical construction includes water supply and drainage system,electrical system,refrigeration system,equipment installation,track laying etc.With rapid development of science and technology,mechanical and electrical construction becomes more and more intelligentized which plays a huge role in construction quality and operational performance.If we want to make sure the schedule and quality of the construction work well,we need to boost our technological strength and to make a detailed and scientific plan before constructing.In the process of the construction,we need to make good management of our staff,material and techniques.The practitioners have to pay more attention on how we can achieve our goals from above.This dissertation explains how to control the quality in mechanical and electrical operating process in city subway as well as features and difficulties in quality control.Taking project “Power Supply System 2,Harbin Subway Line 3” as an example,the constructors do a lot of research on its characters and analyze the difficulties and the procedures.They have a profound discussion on quality control methods and how to improve working efficiency.All in all,this paper will focus on quality plan,quality assurance and quality control as a starting point to discuss quality management.On the aspect of quality plan,we need to lay emphasis on the confirmation about the quality target and quality responsibility to make clear the quality control point in each construction period.On the aspect of quality assurance,we need to establish and complete the quality assurance system and managing agency to guarantee the specific quality assurance in each step.On the aspect of quality control,we need to make quality structure chart to disintegrate the quality targets and explicit the quality control point with quality management measures.In the conclusion part,we emphasize on discussing the problems and its solutions in the process of construction.And we think “ human” plays a very important role in construction.As human can distribute the usage of material,so we think it is the key to train constructors' consciousness towards quality management.
