| Since the beginning of the new century,China’s industrial parks have been developing rapidly.The environmental protection of industrial parks is directly related to the fine level of regional environmental quality.The sewage treatment plant is an important part of the eco-environmental protection project in the industrial park.The technical development of mechanical and electrical installation has greatly improved the production efficiency and safety of mechanical and electrical equipment in sewage treatment plants.The application and development of intelligent buildings greatly increase the number of electromechanical equipment and the complexity of the equipment installed is also becoming higher and higher.These make the mechanical and electrical installation of sewage treatment plants increasingly difficult,the installation requirements are also more and more high.The production efficiency of sewage treatment plant is closely related to the normal operation of equipment,and the normal operation of equipment is inseparable from the quality of installation.At the same time,whether the installation process is standardized is related to the safety of production and occupational health of workers,so it is of great significance to explore the quality management of the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment in sewage treatment plants.This thesis studies the literature of quality management at home and abroad,expounds the development status of quality management,and describes the concepts,methods,contents,quality control of key process nodes,factors affecting project installation quality,commonly used mathematical statistical tools for quality control,total quality management and other theories.On the basis of the above theory,the main problems existing in the quality management of the electromechanical installation project of this project are summarized and analyzed.Reference to solve these problems,the idea of total quality management,the project mechanical and electrical installation work improvement measures are put forward,and the key process control points in project related quality data for statistical analysis,and finally use the method stipulated in the relevant standards to this project to install electrical installation project is evaluated in the analysis,and thus has made an analysis about the quality of the unit project.The quality evaluation process evaluates whether the unit engineering installation quality meets the standard requirements from four aspects: performance,construction record,engineering allowable deviation and visual quality.The evaluation results can truly reflect the results of quality control process.For the construction of similar projects,the research content of this thesis has certain reference value. |
