Ultra-supercritical power generation technology(USCT)is currently one of the primary energy engineering technologies for efficient use.In energy efficiency and CO2,SO2,NOx emission it is superior to subcritical and supercritical parameter generating unit.At present it has entered the mature stage in the international application of mass commercialization.This article refers to and absorbs domestic and foreign main grid structure planning and ultra supercritical thermal power engineering construction on the basis of avariety of experiences,from the study how to optimize the grid structure,strengthen the power grid support,safe and economic thermal control system configuration,precise aspects of economic benefit and risk analysis,comprehensive study of new electricity market construction under the condition of high efficiency and energy saving,security and stability of ultra supercritical thermal power engineering plans and measures.The paper,in view of the Houshi power plant 660MW ultra supercritical thermal power unit 8 of the construction of the project,makes a research on the key problems of the ultra-supercritical coal-fired power generation engineering,and designs the project.The paper first analyzes,in view of the actual demand,regional economic development,the Houshi power plant 660MW ultra supercritical thermal power unit 8 of the construction of the project's feasibility.Comprehensively considering the existing home-made equipment conditions and ultra-supercritical power generation technology development level,the project has carried out the overall design.On the analysis of the engineering in electric power systems for engineering,on the basis of access to the system requirements,the project connected to 500kV system and access 220kV system scheme of four kinds of comparative analysis,this paper puts forward the project of the design scheme of power system,electrical system and the project of the main electrical wiring auxiliary power wiring overvoltage protection and earthing systemdc system and AC power outage power relay protection and safety automatic devices and ultra supercritical power generation units diesel generator and other part of the design.It puts forward the project of installed solution,and analyzes the host's technical conditions.To the need of ultra-supercritical generating unit operation,this paper discusses corresponding thermal automation control strategy to coordinate the control system of the ultra supercritical units,the design of the thermal automation system of the project,puts forward the control method of the thermal automation system of generating set,the main equipment of the DCS system and engineering auxiliary system of the automation control of the DCS system design.The paper,combined with the actual situation of this project,analyzes the energy problem of the project,and puts forward the engineering design of energy saving measures.Ultra supercritical unit with desulfurization and denitration device will be a very advanced clean coal power generation project,with great significance for the sustainable development of power industry in our country andreducing the energy consumption.This research can provide reference and experience for other similar grid structure plannings and ultra supercritical thermal power engineering constructions.
