The Development Of Ultra Supercritical Steam Generator

In order to exploit the heavy oil easily, during the process for heavy oil thermal recovery, high pressure and temperature steam with heat that produced by steam generator is injected into the oil well, rising the temperature of crude oil, improving its flowability. In recent years, deep oil well is exploited gradually. But, with the increase of depth, the requirement for steam generator’s parameter is also improved. Especially for some high pressure oil well, subcritical pressure steam generator injection effect is poor, even the steam can’t be injected into the oil well. In order to exploit these heavy oil reservoirs and increase the petroleum yield, the ultra supercritical steam generator is developed in this paper. It has important significance for using oil resources effectively.The steam generator’s pressure is below critical point since we introduce it. This paper will analyze and research the property of water at ultra supercritical state. At this state, water will change into gas phase from liquid phase directly. The two phases won’t coexist.In this paper, according to the water’s heat transfer character, by heating calculation, fluid-flow calculation, strength calculation, draft resistant calculation and safe valve discharge calculation, we allocate the reasonable heat-absorbing surface, control the key point parameters, such as working medium temperature, flue gas temperature, confirm the PID and solve the heat transfer deterioration in big specific heat zone. It can guarantee the whole structure, the ancillary equipment, the material to meet operational requirements. Steam generator is mounted on a trailer, so it can move to another oil field easily and quickly.In this paper, auto-control is designed from the boiler’s start to operation. According to its operation character, the control point and alarm point is set up. Any one of these points get over the limitation, it will give an alarm with light and sound. The boiler will shutdown automatically, and achieve digital management for steam injection.According to the water quality research, the paper makes water treatment plan for the boiler. Ultra supercritical steam generator’s water treatment is the same to power plant boiler. To make sure steam generator’s safety, the water not only removes hardness, oxygen, but also removes salinity. According to the water quality, water treatment scheme includes pretreatment, reverse osmosis, EDI, membrane deaeration.
