| The rapid development of China’s economy has led to increasingly tight land resources,and the development of underground space has continued to increase.It is valued that the selection of the roof in basement has a greater impact on the cost of the entire underground space.Economic social development and the advancement of science and technology promote the constant renewal of the construction industry,and new construction technologies,processes and new building materials are continuously introduced.And with the aging of the labor force,the labor costs in the construction industry are rising.China proposes that the rapid development of society must not be at the expense of environmental destruction and waste of resources.These factors influence the roof selection and cost from the aspects of building materials,machinery price,environmental protection,etc.respectively.Taking actual engineering as an example,this paper studies the development rule of labor,material and machinery cost over time.Quantifying the environmental cost,establishing the mathematical model,and calculating the comprehensive cost of the basement roof that considering the environmental cost,it can guide a significance for the selection of roof.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows.(1)According to the actual conditions of the project and literature research,four representative types of top slabs such as main beam slabs,cross main and secondary beam slabs,no-beam slabs,and SP prestressed concrete hollow slabs were designed to calculate the cost of the structure of the optimal.Based on the curve fitting,the functional relationship between labor costs,mechanical costs and time,material costs,and rebar prices is derived,and a mathematical model for calculating the cost of the roof is established.(2)From the view of pollution caused by air,water and soil,establish the environmental cost of materials,the cost of transportation using gasoline environment,the cost of mechanical diesel consumption environment and the cost of living environment for construction workers,etc.,combined with the cost of labor,materials and machinery.Building integrated the relation of human and time respectively C1′,composite material cost and the relation between the rebar prices C2′and comprehensive mechanical relation between C3′,cost and time of comprehensive cost and the changing rule of the conventional talent machine cost has carried on the comparison and analysis.(3)Comparing with the conventional cost and comprehensive cost,the best economic effect is that the roof form is the non-beam roof and the SP prestressed hollow slab.Regular site casting artificial and mechanical cost accounts for the proportion of the total cost is higher and higher,prefabricated structure of artificial and mechanical cost proportion is more and more low,prefabricated structure is the preferred form of future roof design.The study provides a reference for the calculation of the overall cost of the basement roof.According to the calculation results of comprehensive costs,it provides some theoretical support for the government to collect relevant pollution taxes. |
