The Reflection Of National Culture In The Public Dining Space Design

With the rapid development of the economy and the improvement of the quality of people’s spiritual life,uniquely designed catering space are more and more required.Especially in recent years,catering space design should not only meet the needs of the customer dining,but also provide a healthy and comfortable dining environment,thus uplift the mind and the spirit.Through our investigation,catering space with the nature,personality and those riched with national cultures has gradually entered the customer’s view.While people enjoying the coloured food,they can also fully feeling a unique national culture,folk customs and lifestyle.These catering space design opened a window widespereaded with exotic atmosphere for customors.When people enter the restaurant,through observation and association,that can enter the desired theme situations,such as to visit the other side of the world,revisit certain historical,learn a national culture of a region,etc.Therefore,it is of practical significance to explore the design method of the catering space that can reflect national local characteristics and to make reasonable use of it in practice.In this paper,We combined theories with practical cases,the national culture in the public dining space design.On the embodiment of national culture in the design of public dining space,The author will carry on the aspects of the mining and integration of national cultural elements,the collocation of the national colors,the application and display of specific regional materials in details.In summary of thinkings and methods of the design of national geographic dining space,which provided the theoretical support for the design of the restaurants in similar style,and explored the design method of catering space which can truly reflect the our national culture connotation.
