Since the 1970s and 1980s,China's economy and science and technology have developed rapidly,and the demand for national power in all walks of life has also grown rapidly.Although China's electric power industry has developed rapidly in recent decades,the installed capacity of electric power has ranked first in the world.However,the enormous pressure of electricity demand in public buildings in the summertime during the daytime still caused insufficient power supply during the day,which led to the situation of power cuts in many areas.In the evening,the rapid reduction with the electric force,which caused the situation of excess power at night,not only caused a waste of energy,but also led to the construction of many power stations for daytime power peaking.The state has also introduced various policies to ease this situation,such as the introduction of the peak-to-peak electricity price policy.Water storage air conditioning system is a way to alleviate the above problems.The water storage air conditioning system is an air conditioning system that can effectively solve the uneven load of electricity.The operation mode is to turn on the chiller during the low power period at night,and store the cooling capacity in a water-based storage tank.The peak amount of electricity is used to release the amount of cold stored at night in the reservoir to supply the end of the air conditioning at the user's side during the daytime.The water storage air-conditioning system makes full use of the low-priced valley power at night to cool the cold,which not only eases the uneven load of the power during the daytime at night,but also reduces the operating costs of the entire system.Based on this situation,it is particularly important to optimize the operation strategy of the water storage air conditioning system so that it can be more energy-efficient and have better economy.At the same time,due to the variety of water storage air conditioning equipment and the characteristics of inconsistent distribution,it is necessary to monitor the entire water storage air conditioning system.This paper first introduces the classification,principle and characteristics of the water storage air conditioning system,and analyzes the full storage and partial cold storage operation modes of the water storage air conditioning system.Then,in order to monitor the equipment of the water storage air-conditioning system,the use of the MySQL database management system based on the Delphi development platform was described in detail.By monitoring the data of the equipment,the operation failures of each equipment of the water storage air-conditioning system are analyzed,for example,through the measurement and recording of the temperature curve of the temperature point of the reservoir to analyze the operation failure of the water distributor.Then through the investigation of the information of the project construction,the cooling load of the building was calculated using the energy simulation software;and on the basis of the research of the hybrid algorithm of genetic algorithm and nonlinear programming,the optimization and energy saving of a water storage air conditioning system was analyzed.The operating strategy,by comparing the optimized energy-saving operation strategy derived from the research and analysis with the traditional operation strategy of the water storage air-conditioning system,concluded that the optimized energy-saving operation strategy is superior to the traditional one both in terms of running energy consumption and operating cost.The conclusion of the operating strategy.The water storage and air conditioning monitoring system has been tested and commissioned for nearly six months.The system is stable in operation,the data is extracted accurately,and the equipment monitoring of the entire water storage air-conditioning system is implemented efficiently.And energy-saving optimization strategies based on data analysis have achieved the goal of energy-saving and economical systems.
