In the case of the earth’s resources become more and more limited, some efforts to increase resource conservation in the whole society becoming very necessary. The social resource conservation has also been regarded as an important part of social development and gradually became the consensus of the whole world. Related research shows that in our country all building energy consumption accounts for about 1/5 of the total energy consumption of the whole country, and the energy consumed by the air-conditioning system takes up a large proportion. It has important and far-reaching significance to study the methods of improving the energy efficiency of air-conditioning system and its subsystems. In this paper, aiming at building energy efficiency evaluation system for the central air-conditioning system of major energy consuming equipment, the evaluation results of the energy efficiency evaluation system corresponding to the the abnormal phenomena in the classes of central air-conditioning energy saving diagnosis ontology library.Through the construction of the central air-conditioning energy saving display platform, the assessment results and the energy saving diagnosis results can be analyzed and displayed. It can also provide reference for further energy saving maintenance.The main research work of the thesis are as follows:Firstly, the energy consumption of the central air-conditioning system must be analyzed, and the function structure of the central air-conditioning energy saving display platform can be established. Five tier architectures of the central air-conditioning energy saving display platform have been designed, also the relationship between the tiers should be defined. Afterwards, there is a brief introduction for the main work process of the central air-conditioning energy saving display platform.Secondly, design a method and the corresponding mapping rules to transform the multidimensional structure of the central air-conditioning energy saving diagnosis ontology library into a two-dimensional structure of the relational database. Achieve efficient read and write to the central air-conditioning energy saving diagnosis ontology model. The structure also meet the model’s characteristics of continuous expansion.Thirdly, by reading relevant literature and summarizing the related articles on the efficiency evaluation of air-conditioning in the specification, establish a set of energy efficiency evaluation system and reference relevant norms formulated the limit value of energy saving indices for central air-conditioning system and its subsystems.To provide evidence for the abnormal phenomenon of the central air-conditioning energy saving diagnosis ontology classes. Using the established energy efficiency evaluation system to evaluate the central air-conditioning energy saving diagnosis ontology in diagnosis and decision analysis, formulate rational diagnostic strategy and the transformation plan.Finally, the software structure of the central air-conditioning energy saving display platform is designed, and the interface design and programming are completed. The energy efficiency evaluation system and the relational database build into to energy saving display platform. With the evaluation results of the energy efficiency evaluation system and the semantic information of the energy saving diagnosis ontology, the central air-conditioning system energy efficiency can be analyzed and be displayed on the platform. In the end, have a test on energy saving display platform.
