There is a great difference compared to the network system of water supply system in mountain small towns in plain area:first,low mountain small towns generally complex terrain,undulating terrain,the low area of pipe network pressure,the overall energy consumption is high;second,mountain small towns vulnerable to valleys and rivers,highland division,mostly another type of distribution,each group is far apart,it is difficult to form a regional water supply.Because of the terrain elevation,piping winding irregularity,large gradient free head distribution of each node in the network is extremely uneven,some pipe pressure,the leakage phenomenon is serious,the water supply reliability is poor;third,compared with the plain area network,network system of small towns in the mountainous terrain,the need for more two pumping station to improve the head to meet the high water supply and water pipelines layout also increased the length of pipeline winding.The construction cost and operation and maintenance cost of the pipeline network are higher.Therefore,the water supply network of small mountainous towns expansion research is conducive to improve the network layout of mountain small towns is improper,water shortage,water supply problems and poor stability,but also conducive to the mountainous small towns for optimal utilization of urban infrastructure funds.In this paper,the water supply system expansion project in Weishan County of Yunnan province is taken as an example.According to the complex and changeable terrain features of mountainous small towns,the water supply mode and pipe network optimization of mountainous small towns are analyzed.First of all,according to the topographic features of mountainous small towns,small towns of mountain area in the water supply pipe network design should be based on the terrain by gravity in the form of water,reduce the power cost of pumping station construction cost and operation;secondly,through the study of Weishan County water supply pipe network layout,the hydraulic calculation data analysis,put forward the optimization is mountainous small towns water supply is an important means of network optimization,and through the engineering examples of centralized water supply and water were calculated and compared,the partition optimization both for the stability of the pipe network upgrading or network construction cost savings are very effective;thirdly,it points out that water supply pipe network optimization design the goal is to guarantee water supply,water pressure,water quality and water stability,the maximum saving network For the construction cost and operation and maintenance cost,a network cost optimization model which accords with the gravity water supply mode of the mountainous small town is put forward.The model is solved by Matlab software,and the economic optimum diameter is obtained.Finally,summarize the research methods to match the Heshan Town of renovation and expansion of the water supply system.This paper has certain reference function to the optimization and design of the water supply system of similar mountainous small towns.
