Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus is widely used in fire control,chemical industry,supply firefighters or rescue and ambulance crews in the smoke,gas and other environment safely and effectively for the fire fighting and rescue work,etc.Intelligent Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus is conducted on the basis of traditional air breathing apparatus technology improvement,within the air respirator masks equipped with cylinder low pressure alarm lights,according to facilitate the wearer to see alarm signal in time.Intelligent display system by sensors can be working environment temperature,the residual gas cylinders,adopting digital pattern sent to the user,to facilitate the rescue work.Thesis first briefly introduces the development of the air breathing apparatus technology at home and abroad,and then introduced the main design scheme of intelligent Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus.This thesis focuses on the design of three parts of intelligent handheld device,main control device and lamplight alarm communication device.Intelligent handheld device is mainly to achieve real-time display of data,such as temperature,residual gas cylinders,and alarm circuit through displacement displacement signal acquisition,processing,firefighters,and master communication,achieve 30 s alarm function;Master device through the sensor to collect temperature,gas pressure signal,and STC12LE5A60S2 by single-chip microcomputer for data processing,the related data by means of wired and wireless transmitted to the corresponding receiving display device;The lighting alarm communication device is responsible for wireless reception of the signal transmitter from the main control device,and then completes the low voltage alarm light display function.The last of this thesis for the intelligent Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus for functional testing,test results meet the expected design,the need to improve in the future research work is summarized analysis.
