Angle is an important branch of geometrical quantity.Angle measurement is an important part of metrology.The high-precision angle measurement technology in the field of static angle measurement has become increasingly mature,and testing and calibration methods are complete.But in the field of high-precision positioning of machine,space detection,scanning measurement require dynamic angle measurement reliability.The angle measurement benchmark based on static measurement technology has been unable to meet the dynamic angle measurement requirements.It is necessary to develop a dynamic angle standard device to establish and improve the dynamic angle measurement value transfer system to initially meet the dynamic angle value traceability needs.Based on the research of static angle and dynamic angle measurement at home and abroad,the dynamic angle standard device and traceability technology were studied in this paper.The technical scheme based on self-calibration angle encoder and ring laser goniometer regarded as dynamic angle standard was put forward.Traceability technology based on measurement principle was studied.The main contents are as follows:(1)The dynamic angle and value transfer technology based on self-calibration angle encoder was researched.The self-calibration angle encoder is based on self-calibration algorithm.The principle and implementation process of self-calibration algorithm based on the equal division average method(EDA-Method)were introduced.The mathematical model of the algorithm was established and verified by simulation.(2)A self-calibration angle encoder system was built.The self-calibration angle encoder hardware selection and precise adjustment of read heads have been completed.The software system of the encoder was designed using Labview to achieve automatic,multi-channels data acquisition.(3)The performance of self-calibration angle encoder was test by the test system.It concludes the phase relationship between reading heads is less than 0.5°,the inconsistency of reading heads is less than ± 2 ? and the results of self-calibration method is better than others.(4)The measurement uncertainty of the self-calibration angle encoder was evaluated.Firstly,the mathematical model of measurement uncertainty was established,and the sources of measurement uncertainty were analyzed.Secondly,the measurement repeatability was obtained using angle standard.Then,the separation of Harmonic error was not completed because the principle of self-calibration algorithm and the number of reading heads,the position deviation of the reading heads,the eccentricity error introduced by the unseal of shaft,the inconsistency of multiple reading heads were analyzed.Finally,the five sources of measurement uncertainty above were calculated and synthesized.(5)The dynamic angular and value transfer technique based on ring laser goniometer was researched.The hardware platform and software system of the ring laser goniometer was built.The index error,the segmentation error and the repeatability of ring laser goniometer were measured by the national small angle standard and the high precision turntable.The metrological characteristics were evaluated to verify the feasibility and applicable for the use of the dynamic angle standard transfer.
