Along with the application of precision measurement technology of spatial geometry in the manufacturing and assembly process of equipment manufacturing industry,angle measurement,as an important part of it,is developing from plane angle to Spatial angle.At present,the plane angle measurement technology has become mature and the corresponding plane angle reference device has been established,while the Spatial angle generation device and Spatial angle value traceability system are still to be established and perfected,so as to initially meet the Spatial angle value traceability demand.In this paper,a two-axis rotary table is adopted as the spatial angle generation device to carry out experimental research on spatial angle traceability technology,study the composition of spatial angle error and its transmission law,and research its quantity traceability method according to the action mechanism of spatial angle error,and the main work contents are as follows:(1)To establish the spatial angle error transmission model of the spatial angle generating device and analyze its transmission law,and analyze the degree of influence of each error term on the spatial angle pointing error.(2)Research the test method for the perpendicularity and intersection of the mean line of the rotation axis of the space angle generating device and the angular position error separation method,which are used for the high-precision measurement and error separation of the space angle error,which is the accuracy of the subsequent space angle standard device.Design,error allocation,and error compensation lay the groundwork.(3)Build the spatial angle generator,complete the system structure design,device selection,system assembly and debugging,and develop the measurement and control software of the spatial angle generator based on C++ to realize the real-time measurement and control,display and storage of the angle.(4)Study the spatial angle traceability technology,use the two-axis turntable as the spatial angle generator,design the error test method according to its spatial angle generation principle and error mechanism,and build the error test system,complete the spatial angle measurement performance analysis of the spatial angle generator,and trace the results to the national plane angle reference. |
