Since ancient times,traffic plays a vital role in the field of economy and life.As a hub crossing natural or artificial obstacles,The traffic network is also playing an important role in the convenience of traffic.Concrete bridges account for over 90% of the bridges built in China,and a large part of them are in the "sick" stage.There are some semi permanent bridges in the highway network,and most of the dangerous bridges are widely distributed at county roads.These bridges even fail to meet the requirements of bearing capacity due to the low design load,too bad regional environment,serious cracking,corrosion of steel bars and corrosion of anchors.The existence of these bridges has buried security risks for the economic development of our country and the health of the people.Therefore,in order to ensure the safe operation of the bridge and the normal operation of the traffic,some effective measures should be adopted to reinforce these bridges.This paper uses prestresse high strength steel wire rope reinforcement of reinforced concrete beams,the OVM Machinery Co.Ltd to develop a new system of special anchorage on the basis of the complete model test of prestressed high strength steel wire rope reinforced concrete beams.The bending resistance of the prestressed high strength steel wire rope reinforced beam is studied and the theoretical analysis is made.The specific contents are as follows:1.According to the theoretical analysis and calculation of the beam reinforcement design.The theoretical calculation of wire rope reinforcement is carried out.From the perspective of normal serviceability limit state,the size of prestressed tension and the loss of prestress for high strength steel wire rope are designed.2.Through three groups of flat elliptical tubes,aluminum alloy extrusion sleeves,three sets of wire rope clips,and three sets of self developed steel extrusion bushing end clamps,we find out suitable wire rope anchorage measures for prestressed high-strength wire rope reinforcement.3.To verify the applicability of the recoil prestressed wire rope anchor system,through the feasibility test of this system,and improve the anchorage design for prestressed steel wire rope around the anchor system.4.Study the influence of different tensile stress,anticorrosive mortar,increasing the friction force of free segment of wire rope on bending reinforcement,analyze its bearing capacity,crack and deflection,and deduce the calculation formula.
