Along with the State Grid Corp "Integated Operation","Big Overhaul" series of reform continues,such as the unattended substation,forwarding and ascending the centralized monitoring work,the corresponding of regional regulation and the integration of application's development,the control range scale's expending,the number of geometric growth,The complexity way of the connection's increasing,the operation mode of special provisions' growing.In addition,the regional power grid control corresponding brake operating mode also becomes more and complex and changeable.But the requirements to the safety risk control also become the higher and because the Stand side error protected has far cannot meet the needs under the new situation of preventing disoperation,and the diversity of the equipment to regulate work of personnel also brings new challenges,so how effectively prevent the regional control of the risks' equipment operation and accurate in the distance which high require the control system of the software and hardware.Facing the requirement of regional regulation control integration which exist in the regional integration,we should have The perfect solution to cope with the distance of remote control operation risk.We can meet in the existing control and monitoring system based on new regulation pattern,at the same time,we also make sure that in the process of integration of reform for power grid security guarantee.In order to make the control system to meet the above content,we must make the error system covers:Select the error interval,select the wrong station etc.Because lacking of the error checking means,such as the thermal stability,the interlock of equipment,the traditional station five-prevention system can't check cross-site operation.And the existence in the dispatching model for the main station,graphics and real-time data are not synchronized,the risk of each separate two systems and so on.The malfunction of the operation process of equipment which due to the defects of equipment itself.after operation security and stability of margin to reduce systemic risk,etc.For regulating the operation risk assessment of the object,the paper puts forward a quantitative method of regulating the operation safety risk assessment which including the control operation risk index system and risk assessment model,regulating the operation behavior state enumeration method are used to get the equipment under the condition of different risk for system,quantitative evaluation will be able to control the influence of the operation to bring the system of execution.The main development objects for smart grid control technology support system,technical support system based on the functional regulation of existing power grid,D5000 system based on a set of "operational risk prevention and control system of intelligent power grid control development platform,application of embedded intelligent control system in the system,the original control anti misoperation system to supplement and strengthen.In the implementation of the project scheme considering the micro substation equipment operation risk,the potential risk of macro forecast of equipment operation for the power grid,for the regional control operation behavior assessment,ensure the operation safety and rationality.
