Environmental protection and energy saving and emission reduction will inevitably become the country and the world development trend in the future,our country from the perspective of heating and air conditioning proportion of the total social energy consumption,and shows the proportion of more and more big trend,if we can solve the energy-saving heating and air conditioning of emission reduction problem,especially in the heating requirements is not high the southern region,can reduce the narrow sense of the overall building energy consumption greatly,thus effectively reducing the total social energy consumption,therefore,we should not only study of a newair conditioning to hydrocarbon refrigerant as refrigerant,to vigorously promote the use in the domestic air-conditioning energy saving,these two aspects can be said to be an important part of social influence energy saving and emission reduction,it can be predicted that the future energy-saving air conditioning must be a trend,while the air conditioning refrigerant replacement will be the trend An important technical means.This paper briefly describes the development process and present air conditioning refrigerants at home and abroad on the use of air conditioning refrigerant policy environment,mainly in the experimental research method that based on the current domestic market of three kinds of hydrocarbon refrigerants for the household fixed effects of frequency air conditioning in the refrigeration performance of the experiment selected refrigerant type and brand in the current Fujian area even at home are relatively new.The main contents include in referring to the current conventional hydrocarbon refrigerant replacement process,air conditioning system in the original refrigerant R22 in different vacuum degree as Well as R290,R433-B,OZ-40 these three kinds of refrigerant in different vacuum under different perfusion interval to affect the performance of fixed frequency air conditioner,and a brief description of the research on the experiment of completion relying on the "Wind enthalpy difference lab building process.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the applicability of the three kinds of hydrocarbon refrigerants in the process of energy saving retrofit of household fixed frequency air conditioner.DraW the conclusion as folloWs:Firstly,Household fixed frequency air conditioning system of vacuum degree is small,refrigeration and air conditioning system rated cooling capacity deviates more,compared to the input poWer and rated input poWer,the degree of deviation from the same With increasing the vacuum degree and the decreasing,as for air conditioning EER,along With the increase of the vacuum degree and the smoke rose gradually,and the the overall trend is not affected by the type of hydrocarbon refrigerant.Secondly,Three kinds of hydrocarbon refrigerants involved in the paper,8290,R433B and OZ-40 for household fixed frequency air conditioner can play a role in reducing the input poWer,and the perfusion interval can be summed up Within the original R22 rated perfusion volume of 45%,but there are three kinds of refrigerant to replace R22,the original air-conditioning refrigeration capacity decline the situation,especially the R433B,Which makes the air conditioning refrigeration capacity attenuation degree is as high as 15%.Finally,The use of OZ-40 as a future home fixed frequency air conditioning energy transformation in the replacement of R22 refrigerant,relative to R290 and R433B more market prospects.prospects.
