Research On Energy Saving Of Central Heating System Based On Intelligent Control Technology And BIM

With the rapid development of central heating system,the operation and management mode with intelligent control as the core has been widely used and promoted in the central heating system.The energy-saving of the central heating system mainly depends on the scientific management of intelligent control.The application of intelligent control technology can make the central heating system automatic and efficient,and improve the working efficiency of the central heating system.At the same time,the analysis method based on BIM modeling technology is also one of the energy-saving analysis technology means in the design and operation and maintenance of central heating system.It can make the data of central heating system more scientific and the heating environment more comfortable.However,in real life,there is a lack of research combining intelligent control technology with BIM modeling and analysis technology,so the research on energy saving of central heating system based on intelligent control technology and BIM has strong practical significance,responding to the call of national energy conservation and emission reduction.In the 13 th five year plan,small and medium-sized enterprises should be promoted to carry out intelligent transformation and increase the application of BIM Technology in actual projects.Firstly,the paper controls the central heating system through intelligent control technology.The intelligent frequency conversion technology is applied at the heat source,and the heat source is dynamically generated according to the actual situation.Install monitoring equipment in the heating pipe network,and ensure the efficient and safe operation of the heating pipe network at all times by regulating valves and monitoring equipment.The indoor heating environment is dynamically controlled by the indoor intelligent controller at the heat user's place.Heat source,heat network and heat user form dynamic intelligent control system under intelligent control technology.Then,BIM modeling technology is used to simulate and analyze indoor heating environment and central heating pipeline system.Through BIM analysis technology on the influence of lighting and indoor lighting equipment on indoor heating temperature,record the indoor dynamic heating temperature,analyze the indoor average thermal feeling index,and calculate the dynamic heat load.BIM analysis data is uploaded to the intelligent control system center as the operation and maintenance platform to implement intelligent control management.Finally,the energy-saving mode of central heating system based on intelligent control technology and BIM is applied to a hotel in Changchun,which is verified by case data.This new type of central heating system works well and has obvious energy saving effect.The practicability,applicability and possibility of intelligent control technology and BIM analysis technology in energy saving of central heating system are verified.This new energy-saving mode of central heating has certain reference significance for other central heating systems,such as central heating electric heating system and central heating steam heating system.
