Urban central heating has become an important infrastructure in China.At present,there is an uneven heating in China's heating system.Therefore,this paper uses the characteristics of genetic algorithm to control the flow to achieve uniform heating.This study has a very important significance for energy saving and emission reduction.This paper is based on genetic algorithm to carry out global optimization,and discusses the application of genetic algorithm in central heating.The main work is as follows:According to the actual situation of our country,this paper gives a brief overview of the structure and operation principle of heat exchanger station,and makes a detailed analysis of on-demand heating and uniform heating,and makes a simple comparison between the two modes.At present,uniform heating is realized by temperature regulation method in our country.In order to achieve uniform heating,genetic algorithm with global optimization is adopted as the focus of this paper.The advantages of genetic algorithm applied in central heating system are analyzed systematically.According to the characteristics of genetic algorithm,the primary side flow is optimized by using primary network flow as gene chromosome,and the specific design for central heating system is completed.According to the heat load of secondary network,the flow of primary network is allocated reasonably,that is,the flow of primary network is adjusted to control the average temperature of secondary network supply and return,so as to achieve uniform heating.The simulation results show that the genetic algorithm can reasonably distribute the hot water flow in the primary network of heat exchanger station,and make the average temperature of the secondary network basically converge,improve the heating quality,and achieve the desired results.Finally,according to the experimental analysis of the heating system in Shijiazhuang,the feasibility of the theory is verified.
