Research On The Construction Of The Ship Cabin Fitness Environment

With the development of shipping industry and the level of knowledge of the Marine man-machine environment,more and more attention has been paid to the physical and psychological issues of the crew's long-term existence in the sea and life.The physical and mental health of the crew is not only the humanized consideration in the design,but also more closely related to the work quality and efficiency of the crew.This article combines the theory of design with the theory of sports fitness,and discusses how to integrate the fitness design into the cabin environment in view of the problems existing in the body and psychology of the long-term ship life,thus to construct a scientific,reasonable and effective cabin fitness environment.The construction of gymnasium in ship,will research how to integrate sports facilities and addition into ship properly,and make a research by the means of connection and broke integration method and additional design of products function.Firstly,analyzes sailors how to use the active sports physical therapy method to do exercise with relevant sports facilities,then regarding ship space environment,sports facilities as design elements,considers human body size,activity size and parts of human body in ergonomics;considers space scale and form of the environmental psychology on people's psychological influence;considers model semantic factors and functional semantic factors,materials and picture semantics of products semantics to design;finally creates a ship environment for sailors to do physical training,psychological counseling,psychological impression,and emotion regulation.For example,taking one big ship as a case,makes questionnaires for the sailors about their healthy requirements and summarizes the research results.On the basis of all factors,after making a systematic design and then forms solution schemes for this ship fitness,such as furniture improvement scheme,space improvement solution,facilities configuration improvement plan,space optimization design scheme of special fitness,etc.Aiming to form a certain common design method of the specific implementation in the ship.Finally uses the AHP method to evaluate typical cabin fitness environment design,through the establishment of evaluation index and the digital processing for the index,so as to evaluate the design scheme in typical ship fitness environment,and the results show that this scheme design is reasonable.
