Requirements of environmental protection has been improving in recent years,the public's environmental protection consciousness also gradually increase,the requirement on coal dust emission from environmental protection department become stricter.requirements from coal-fired power plants since January 1,2012 the implementation of The Power Plant Air Pollution Emission Standard?GB13223-2011?.Coal-fired power plants to meet the new standard requirement,the general area of flue gas dust concentration acuities were 30 mg/Nm3,key areas of flue gas dust concentration of 20 mg/Nm3 or less.And related departments in 2014 proposed The Renovation and Upgrading of Coal for Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Action Plan new emissions requirements,the requirements from coal-fired power plants basic meet the requirements of gas turbine engine emissions by 2020.This is the third time since 2004 in China,the request power plant emissions of pollutants,enough to see the country's emphasis on environmental protection has a high degree.Some provinces and cities to meet the new national emission standards,for coal-fired power plants also called "history's most severe" emission standards,requirements of coal-fired power plant flue gas dust emission limits to achieve gas emission limit value of the unit for 5 mg/Nm3.Therefore,coal-fired power plants need to adopt more efficient and stable removal technology,to meet the requirements of ultra-low emissions.In this paper illustrates the importance of the new situation in the coal-fired power plants use wet electrostatic precipitator technology,summarizes the status quo of domestic and foreign technology development and application,research and analysis of the wet electrostatic precipitator technology type,rationalization proposals and other content.The main contents are as follows:From the application research status both at domestic and abroad,the types of dust removal technology,wet type electrostatic precipitators,etc,summarizes the development and application of wet electrostatic precipitator technologies are analyzed,pointed out that wet electric dust technology applied in coal-fired power plant of our country nowadays is in its infancy,to popularization and application in coal-fired power plant wet electrostatic precipitators still exist problems and restricting factors.Studied our country new revision of The Power Plant Air Pollution Emission Standard?GB13223-2011?,based on the scientific definition of the connotation of the new technology of wet electric dust catcher,expounded in this paper,the research purpose,content,method and technical route,etc.By consulting relevant literature,and science and technology newspapers etc,firstly analyzed the several dust removal technology of coal-fired power plants are commonly used,and then analyzed the three different forms of wet electric technology,metal plate wet electric technology is mainly represented by Fujian Longking Co.,Ltd.,the flexible pole plate wet electric technology is mainly represented by Shandong university energy and environmental company,glass steel pipe type wet electric technology is mainly represented by Yixing Chemical Equipment Co.,Ltd.From the metal plate,flexible pole plate and glass steel pipe type technical types of three kinds of technologies such as working principle,technical characteristics,application,technical problems and improvement Suggestions are analyzed.Based on the characteristics of China's coal-fired power plant flue gas from the adaptability of equipment,dust removal effect and operation maintenance and so on factors,analyzes the main performance on different kinds of technology comparison,clearly points out the appropriate technology of coal-fired power plant type.For the problems and difficulties of wet electric technology be applied in coal-fired power plant,this thesis analyzes the application conditions,and submit the suggestions and measures.With the reality of flue gas from coal-fired power plant,the characteristic of the application of wet electrostatic precipitator technology in coal-fired power plants should stick to the "dust control,SO3 aerosol control,mercury emissions control" three principles,for the coal-fired power plant using wet electric dust technology provides the reference basis.
