Research Of Environmental Modification Technology Of Electrostatic Precipitator For Coal-fired Power Plant

In recent years,environmental problems have attracted great attention from the country,the new environmental protection national standards published put forward stricter requirements for dust emission standard of thermal power plant in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region.Coal-fired power plants located in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to reduce emissions levels to meet the new national standard core regional emissions requirements,it is necessary to upgrade the Electrostatic dust removal equipment.To ensure the economic and technical feasibility of environment protection alteration,firstly,this paper makes an investigation on the generation,development and application of electrostatic precipitator technology,the ontology structure and technical principle of Electrostatic precipitator are analyzed.Combined with the actual structure,function design and actual operation of the unit No.9 of the Matou power plant,three alteration scheme is proposed.Finally,through the comparison and demonstration of the economic and technical aspects,the pulse power transformation scheme is selected.Through the parameters and experimental data obtained during the process of reformation and test,combined with this technology in other power plant commissioning,operation experience,developed the setting value of operating parameters of electric field,according to some fault phenomena of pulse power system after trial operation and put into operation summed up fault treatment method for electrostatic precipitator with pulse power supply.Finally,the transformation effect was evaluated by comparing the discharge parameters and the energy consumption data of the electrostatic precipitator.The dust content in the exhaust gas which discharged from electrostatic precipitator after reformation is satisfied and is much lower than that of the new environmental protection standard,and achieved a certain degree of energy saving effect.
