Through smoothing wind power short-term fluctuations, the negative influence of grid-connected wind power on the power system frequency modulation can be constrained effectively.Restricted by physical conditions,a single type of energy storage medium is difficult to smooth wind power short-term fluctuations. With high cycle times, high power density and high energy density, hybrid energy storage systems composed of multi-types of energy storage medium can smooth wind power fluctuations effectively. It is the key to select the configuration and design effective control strategies for hybrid energy storage systems, minimizing its cost while meeting the demand for smoothing wind power fluctuations.First of all, this thesis discusses the characteristics of wind and solar. This thesis has a detailed analysis of the micro grid, including wind turbine system, solar power system, storage system, etc. This thesis tells about the running principle and working characteristics of every part.Based On the analysis of the power system, the thesis designs a monitoring system which is used for the dispatching and optimization of micro grid. The development environment of the monitoring system is WINCC.The micro grid dispatching system is divided into two layers. They are the real-time scheduling system and the global dispatching system.Real time scheduling system completes real-time control needs. For example:black start, automatic grid connection, etc. The global dispatching system completes more complex but less real-time requirements. The smoothing effect of power fluctuations based on the battery energy storage is bad. This thesis analyzes its advantages and disadvantages and presents an improved algorithm. The algorithm is simple, clear and reliable. It can be better applied to reality.
