| In recent years,with the rapid growth of the national economy,China’s urbanization process to further accelerate the rapid increase in urban production and living electricity,which undoubtedly to the city’s power supply system to bring a lot of pressure.The city power supply to the cable system,although more secure than overhead lines,but it is extremely difficult to maintain.Therefore,the power sector in urgent need of an effective means of maintaining the cable to improve the reliability of power supply to ensure the safety and stability of urban power supply.Timely and effective access to cable trench humidity data can help maintain the scientific management of the cable maintenance of the routine,effectively prevent the channel due to moisture caused by the occurrence of cable corrosion.In this paper,through the analysis of the current situation and trend of the cable trench humidity automatic detection system,the current management status of the cable trench humidity detection system is investigated,and the scientific system design scheme is put forward.The design of humidity detection system for cable trench uses the humidity optical fiber sensor,wireless data transceiver,field bus connection mode and microcontroller as the underlying hardware framework of the lower computer.The system focuses on data acquisition,data communication,data monitoring,alarm setting and response,system configuration of the parameters and other functional modules.The humidity data of the cable trench received by the humidity sensor is processed by the single chip microcomputer,and then various monitoring data are sent to the monitoring center by wireless communication technology for analysis and display.Detection of humidity condition of the power channel detection points using the PC control software,the various humidity detection sensor acquisition value of the real-time display in the monitoring center interface,convenient for cable channel maintenance personnel analysis and maintenance.This paper firstly analyzes the main function of power cable channel humidity detection system module,the overall framework for the design of system function module,respectively on PC and lower machine data communication function module and data acquisition module is designed.The MSP430F249 microcontroller based on the hardware platform,using PTR8000 wireless data transceiver in a short distance,and in the monitoring host communication is the RS-485 interface,using MAX485 chip to convert MSP430 serial output TTL level signal to level signal RS-485.It Uses the fiber humidity sensor to sense the humidity environment of the cable trench,using the microprocessor to process the humidity initial data and uploading it directly to the upper computer for subsequent humidity automatic detection and management operation.Finally the system hardware detection accuracy and the software function module of software testing,test results show that the design and implementation of the system function module to achieve the system user practical requirements for cable trench humidity detection.The system with optical fiber humidity sensor,microcontroller technology,CAN communication and embedded Ethernet technology as the core,to channel the ambient humidity for real-time monitoring and displaying the state of equipment and data critical alarm,thereby reducing the accident rate of the cable channel and reducing maintenance costs.At the same time,through the use of the system,improve the monitoring center of the cable channel environment management efficiency and cable channel maintenance efficiency,promote the level of intelligent power grid construction,but also improve the personal ability of software development. |
