This paper studies the maintenance system of cable trenches in urban substation.The research and analysis of urban transmission modes compares the similarities and differences between overhead lines and cable trenches,which leads to the importance of cable trenches in urban transmission.It is proposed to carry out safety maintenance on cable trench transmission.Based on the analysis of the cable trench transmission failure,the causes of the environmental problems and the consequences are analyzed in detail,and the importance of the cable trench maintenance system is proposed.After comparing the domestic and international research status and the advantages of similar monitoring and maintenance systems,an intelligent cable trench maintenance system integrating cable trench environmental monitoring,status alarm and state maintenance is proposed.The system adopts a modular design,which mainly includes a gas monitoring and ventilation subsystem,a fire monitoring and alarm subsystem,a water level monitoring and drainage subsystem,and an intrusion monitoring and wireless alarm subsystem.Among them,the ventilation subsystem calculates the required air volume according to the requirements of the state for the relevant environmental work air volume.The ventilation system adopts closed-loop control.Since the gas concentration is a continuous analog signal,in order to prevent the irregular operation of the fan operation,a kind of introduction is introduced.The continuous signal discretization method processes the collected gas signal as an input value of the inverter.For the setting of the temperature monitoring alarm value in the fire monitoring and temperature alarm system,the temperature field calculation method is used to calculate the cable temperature field of the monitored area,which is used as the fire alarm threshold.In the water level monitoring and drainage subsystem,in order to ensure the reliability of the drainage system operation,the reliability theory is used to model the drainage capacity of the system under extreme conditions,and the drainage capacity of the system is verified.Finally,in the design of the intrusion monitoring and wireless alarm subsystem,the DTU wireless alarm module was added while the sound and light field warning was adopted,and the configuration test was carried out through the supporting software.Compared with the traditional maintenance method,the device has high integration degree,which can effectively realize the functions of cable trench gas monitoring and ventilation,temperature monitoring and fire alarm,intrusion monitoring and alarm,liquid level monitoring and drainage,and solve the current cable trench power transmission maintenance.The problem exists.The cable trench maintenance system of this design has completed equipment assembly and on-site field debugging,and can realize various functions required by the design,which is of great significance for the safety of urban power supply.
