Based on the theory of fluid-structure interaction and the testing method of the mechanical properties of packaging,the numerical simulation of the dropping impact,vibration modal and stacking compression of the 80L stainless steel liquid storage tank with small opening was numerically simulated in this paper.According to the dimensional requirements and operating conditions of GB/T 325-2000,the establishment and pre-process of the geometrical model of the transportation package of the storage tank were achieved by UG and HyperMesh software,so the fluid-structure interaction finite element model was also obtained.It concludes the precautions in the process of mesh generation and the key technical methods of editing the keyword file outputted after pretreating process.The dropping impact simulation of the fluid-structure coupling was carried out by the ALE algorithm of ANSYS/LS-DYNA.The physical parameters such as acceleration,nodal displacement,stress,strain,dynamic pressure produced,and density of fluid between two phases under the conditions of different dropping angle,winding structure,dropping state,tank wall thickness,dropping height was obtained.These were used to comprehensively explore the influence of various factors on the mechanical properties of the liquid storage tank transport package.Modal simulation on the liquid-solid coupling was carried out by using the APDL language and the ANSYS/Modal module.Through the frequency analysis of the first ten order dry-modes and wet-modes,it can be found that changing the boundary conditions can effectively avoid the resonance frequency during transportation,What's more,the location of the maximum node displacement,maximum stress and strain of the package transported by land and shipping under different storage height and stacking mode were also analyzed by the ANSYS/Static module.Thus,it can be seen that the response state of each part of the stainless steel storage tank transport package with fluid-structure interaction under the external impact load can be obtained by the numerical simulation and the mechanical properties of the different working conditions were compared and evaluated,which provides a certain reference for the safe transportation of the liquid storage tank and the structural optimization design in the future.
