With the rapid development of our national economy,the demand for all kinds of liquid materials is increased.The status of tank truck in the transportation trade is becoming more and more important.The liquid sloshing in the tank is a common phenomenon when the tank truck works at different conditions such as uneven road,braking and turing.When the truck works in harsh condition,the structure of the tuck will be damaged and the stability of the tank truck will also be reduced.So we should carry out the necessary analysis of fluid-structure interaction to verify whether the transport tank meets the requirements and optimize the structure of the structure of the tank truck.In the process of braking,the article carry out the structure stress of the tank truck which is based on fluid-structure interaction method.As a common phenomenon,the fluid-structure interaction occurred when the tank truck works.The liquid sloshing not only damages the tank truck structure,but also has a bad affect on the drving stability of the tank truck.(1)we use three-dimensional modeling software to complete the tanker structure model which is based on the CAD drawings.(2)The static structure analysis of the tank truck is analysed under the four typical conditions.According to GB-18564.1-2006 requirements of dangerous goods,the four typical conditions are confirmed.The static structure of the tank truck is analyzed.The displacement deformation cloud and the stress cloud diagram of the tank and the frame are obtained.the fourth strength check is carried out.According to the results of static structure analysis under four typical working conditions of tank,the optimization scheme of the frame is put forward and the optimized improvement scheme was verified.(3)Based on the principle of gas-liquid two-phase fluid-solid coupling,the tank truck is analyzed.The displacement cloud and the stress cloud are obtained.According to the results of the analysis,a kind of truck body with double baffles is put forward.The structure of tank body not only improves the strength of the baffle,but also be affect to reducing the liquid sloshing.This is an optimization and improvement of the tank structure.
