Research On Construction Qiuality Improvement Of The Structure Subject Of TY Residential Project In TQ Company

With the rapid improvement of the overall level of the Chinese economy,the domestic construction industry has also developed rapidly.The soaring housing price has stimulated the rapid expansion of the industry.However,the quality of housing that has lagged behind the speed of industry development has not fundamentally changed.Especially the private businesses whose main businesses are located in second tier cities and below urban real estate construction are more prominent.In recent years,the steady and slow down trend of domestic economy is bound to promote the integration and adjustment of the construction industry.The way of quality is the only way for enterprises,and it’s also the way to survive.However,there is not much research on construction quality improvement aiming at the characteristics of private enterprises.The quality improvement system or method is exactly what these construction enterprises need now.Based on the relevant concepts and theories of quality management at home and abroad,this paper expounds in detail the methods and measures to improve the quality of construction units through the work practice.Based on the measured data of engineering,the quality control three-stage theory and the PDCA cycle is established to form a multi-level circulation,which can improve the engineering quality continuously.In this system,the five factors that influence the quality of engineering are analyzed and summarized,so as to clarify the problem and achieve the goal better.Through the application of practical engineering,it has summarized the accord with the characteristics of regional private construction enterprise own development quality improvement system and proved that the quality control three-stage theory and the PDCA cycle theory has scientific and effective.
