In the past decade,China's aerospace industry has made remarkable achievement.The landing of a number of key high-tech projects in China has pushed aerospace development into a fast track,the number of aerospace lau nch missions has increased rapidly year by year,and the scale of the lau nch vehicle industry has been gradually expanded.China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation summarized the experiences and lessons learned and started a lau nch vehicle quality improvement project.“A engine project” is an important part.It aims to study how to improve engine reliability,enhance product quality control,elevate research methods and capabilities,and build aerospace good quality power products.Taking A engine project as the platform,in view of the target project to build A high-quality goods,from A unit,engine project development process,three aspects quality present situation analysis,analysis of A engine six aspects of the problems of project quality management,and puts forward the solution includes three aspects.Adopt the method of PDCA cycle analysis of the overall plan of the project quality management,based on A engine project design,process,test process analysis,to identify and decompose the each subproject are needed in the process,put forward A engine project implementation plan;Thro ugh the analysis of A engine quality management system,the concrete content of the project implementation process quality planning is expounded.Introduces A engine start-up and planning,design improvement,process and testing,testing improvement of three aspects including 21 is the implementation of the project,including project implementation results of measurement and the analysis of the problems.Then the implementation of three kinds of quality management in process control is introduced.Through product improvement,human quality problem,product reliability,acceptance pass rate,test and flight mission success rate,the achievement of project quality objectives is evaluated.To carry out the problems in the implementation process of the project,to standardize,document and standardize the compilation and revision of the main content;The solution of six aspects of engine quality management is analyzed based on the improved effect of subproject.On the above basis,it is necessary to improve the quality management,determine the improvement plan and implement the corresponding measures,and provide the management guarantee for the realization of the project objective.The method proposed in this article to so lve the rocket engine technology and quality improvement,based on PDCA project quality management concept,has achieved the project quality goal,cleared the obstacles for the final completion of the A engine project and laid an important foundation for the successful completion of “A engine project”.Project quality management method in this article have certain reference value for the improvement of liquid rocket engine quality,and provide important theoretical and method basis for the rocket engine industry to advance to higher quality level.
