Due to the rapid development of the rapid social progress of city type,the number of city residents is increasing,people need more and more construction area,is the result of increasingly scarce land resources.Therefore,the full use of scarce land resources,people began to pursue more and more high-rise buildings.With the increase in the number of high-rise buildings,urban buildings are generally designed in the design of the basement.Taking into account the safety of the building structure,the depth of the building into the ground will also increase,the depth of the basement and the number of layers,the number and type of construction of the basement project will also increase.The erosion of retaining structure basement by tidal water and various perennial,practical engineering because of the basement wall there are many improper handling and leakage,moisture proof,waterproof structure is an important problem in the basement.Because of the particularity of the basement where,once Water Leakage problems,repair work will be very difficult to perform,and even repair work,may also Water Leakage not completely repaired,so waterproof work in the basement is very important.In particular,the waterproof design of the basement,should fully consider all kinds of natural factors and the use of requirements,grading accuracy,construction is simple,economical and reasonable,reliable,selection of appropriate.The normal use of the building is 50 years,and the normal life of the waterproof layer is generally 5 to 10 years,that is to say,many of the buildings in the basement of 40 years will be in no waterproof layer protection streaking state.But there is one of the most important issues,the basement hidden in the bottom of the building,when the waterproof layer of the basement water face to stay after the construction,the long buried in the ground,even if there is damage or want to change is very difficult.So in the basement waterproof part of the design should be thought of these problems,but also in the selection of materials should be very cautious.Basement waterproofing construction methods are generally divided into two kinds of rigid waterproof and flexible waterproof methods:Rigid waterproof structure is to rely on the compactness or waterproof material has high strength and ductility,usually refers to the cement and sand as raw material,through adding some additives to improve the compactness of the material;But the flexible waterproofing general practice is in the concrete structure facing the water surface to lay the waterproof coiled material and so on the material,the effect is also quite reliable.In this paper,the design method of the basement waterproof construction,waterproof material selection in the basement,and the basement waterproof construction technology of three directions to the basement waterproof design method,combined with the construction of basement engineering case study discussion,have further understanding and the understanding of the basement construction process control the.Laying a solid foundation for the construction of the basement in the future.
