The basement waterproof joints of the number of species, and the waterproof joints to withstand force field. This article is from the basement waterproof node structure such as pile cap waterproof project, for the past, membrane laying construction of the performance loss of the membrane, to find ways to reduce the loss of performance, which in the past research is not much. One of the effective ways to solve this problem is to use the waterproof joints standard of flat or shaped facade waterproof layer cutting oil field by heating the polyester, modified asphalt rubber and polyester oil directly laid concrete cushion, for joint structure with waterproof joints standard components for direct installation, thus the waterproof layer of underground whole closed, improve the durability of the waterproof layer.This paper analysed the cause of basement leakage was analyzed, the main reasons for the four aspects of waterproof material shoddy, rough design depth, construction disorder and project cost reduce etc.. Some of these factors can be avoided, such as strengthening design, capital investment and professional construction team construction, some factors are inevitable, such as the heat of the heat of the heat is not equal to the installation of material performance loss and finished coil has been cut many times, and then put forward the necessity of construction of waterproof joints in underground waterproof construction. The construction of underground waterproof construction joints mainly has the following four types: expansion joints, wall, concrete, yin and Yang, pile cap.In this paper, the mechanical properties of waterproof coiled material are measured by a series of experiments, such as high temperature test, tensile test and bond strength. The test results show that the material properties of the waterproof material in the field can meet the requirements of the relevant specifications and material standards, and it is superior to that of the finished products in the high temperature performance and the strength of the concrete cushion.In this paper, the bearing characteristics of pile cap is analyzed theoretically, and the stress and deformation of the waterproof material is simulated by ANSYS software. The maximum deformation of the pile cap is increased gradually with the increase of the vertical load, but the thickness of waterproof roll is smaller. From the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, it is proved that the waterproof coiled material can meet the requirements of the waterproof construction of the basement system.
