With the rapid development of economy at home and abroad,urban traffic presents the characteristics of speedly and variety.In the busy areas of expressways and urban roads,in order to relieve the pressure of traffic,the construction of the urban viaduct is particularly important ? In the course of construction,due to the complexity and diversity of the surrounding traffic environment?In particular,when stride acrossing the existing modes of transport,traditional construction technology can no longer meet the needs of construction.The characteristics of steel box girder incremental launching technology can make up for this construction defect.Therefore,this technology has been widely applied in the construction of urban viaducts.In recent years,throughout the application of incremental launching technology in bridge construction at home and abroad,the application of cross roads,cross railways and cross river sections is particularly prominent,and technology is gradually maturing.There are few cases spanning a new type of urban transport Urban.Therefore,the potential risks it brings will also be difficult to predict,so the safety problems in the incremental launching of steel box girder should be strengthened.This article mainly from the structural safety monitoring and construction risk management and control two aspects to carry on the analysis.The main work is as follows:First of all,in the background and significance of this study,through consulting a large number of literature,we understand the current research status and existing problems of incremental launching technology.The research contents are determined according to the problems,and the research technology roadmap is drawn up,the theoretical system of safety control for steel box girder construction is set up.Secondly,based on the Changsha airport road project,this paper introduces the general situation of the construction of the construction of the cross magnetic suspension steel box girder,and collects the relevant information of the project,which provides the basis for the follow-up research.Then,according to the structural parameters of the key parts of the construction drawings and the stress characteristics of each working condition in the construction process,the finite element calculation software Midas is used to calculate and analyze the main structures of the steel box girder and guide beam,which provides thetheoretical data of the safety analysis for the construction process.By comparing the calculated value with the monitoring,the structural optimization measures are worked out.Finally,using the method of risk research: the analytic hierarchy process,the potential risk factors of the steel box girder jacking are identified and evaluated,and the weight value of each risk index in the construction is analyzed.Formulate control measures for risk factors with larger weight values.
