Research On The Renewal Evaluation Of Hunan Traditional Villages Based On Tourism Development

The renewal of traditional villages has always been a hot topic.With the implementation of a series of policies such as rural tourism,characteristic towns and rural complex,the tourism development of traditional villages has ushered in a good opportunity.As one kind of tourism resource,traditional villages are popular among tourists because of their unique landscape,cultural and architectural resources.Should traditional village develop tourism? What type of traditional villages are suitable for tourism development and how to develop? These are all topics worth discussing.In order to meet and adapt to the development requirements of modern tourism,the traditional villages should be updated accordingly.This paper mainly studies the tourism development of traditional villages from two aspects : "Tourism development index evaluation system" and " Hunan traditional village renewal model selection strategy based on index evaluation system".Firstly,this paper describes the research background and significance,related concepts atnd research scope,as well as domestic and foreign research review and analyzes the current situation and research contents of the tourism developmen of traditional villages.Secondly,it analyzes the relationship between the renewal of traditional villages and the tourism development.Then,based on the investigation of Hunan traditional villages’ current situation and tourism demand questionnaire survey,the advantages and existing problems for the tourism development are obtained and pointed out.Thus,an approach to solve these problems are put forward in this paper-the study of renewal model strategy for traditional villages in Hunan province,based on the index evaluation system of tourism resources development model.Through the overall situation of tourism development of Hunan traditional villages,the paper summarizes the basic and resource conditions that affect the tourism development,and classifies the models and types for traditional villages in Hunan province.On this basis,the tourism development index evaluation system is constructed.Through the combination of expert questionnaire method and analytic hierarchy process method,the weight of each index is obtained and the consistency is verified.Thus,the tourism development index evaluation system is designded and the evaluation results is output.Finally,through the evaluation system of tourism development indicators and the scoring verification of Hunan traditional villages that have developed the tourism industry,and the selection of Hunan traditional village tourism development model is preliminarily obtained.Analyzing the different tourism development models,and setting a specific scale,the tourism suitability selection strategy and the renewal model selection strategy of Hunan traditional village tourism development based on the evaluation system of indicators is put forward.And the tourism service facilities of configuration policies and renewal measures are carried out under the guidance of different tour ism development models.
