The Research On Type Analysis And Building Renewal Of Traditional Public Architecture In Rural Areas Of Hunan Province

At present,researches on public part appears to be dispersive among those on architectures in traditional settlements.Traditional public buildings of each type in each region have been,to a certain degree,discussed,but there is seldom research on establishing and explaining systematic relationship s among each part.There are few researchers restrict the scope of their comprehensive research to Hunan area.For the lack of relevant data of examinations on the spot,flaws exist in both width and depth aspect.Data on the Internet has been hitherto accumulated to a certain amount and great progress has also been made in publication articles.Further study should be done on comprehensive researches.Meanwile,the renewal research on traditional public architecture in rural area is supposed to start as early as possible.Although it still remains controversial in specific protection and renovation principles,merely discussing from macro aspects and accomplishing nothing will do more harms to the architectural remains.Methods for renovation can be conservative when dissensions have not been squashed,but plans and policies need to produce results before the architectures being destructed.Researchers now make collection works of data on traditional villages separately.The construction work of the cloud platform based on data of traditional villages is still moving slowly,data acquisition and quantification are still tough to accomplish,but there is a irresistible trend on data sharing.Most organizations and universities will finally launch the joint research in depth from new vision.Before that,basic framework researches should be take n in the first place.In the field which has not yet been established completely,type research is the most important part to build the framework.First,this article made completion for detailed studies on the branch types of traditional public architectures in rural areas of Hunan.Secondly,it finished generalization and summarization of historical,cultural and architectural features of each type.The article then discussed public function transitions of rural areas of Hunan.Knowledge of function replacement helps to make renovation strategy.Finally,it sent out a proposal for renovation work in accordance with overall condition of the renewal of traditional public architectures nationwide.By starting with research project which undertaken by the tutor,the author carried out the research based on trans-regional & cross-genre comparison and economic,social,cultural and art discussion which is two of Ten Aspects of Traditional Chinese Residential Research summarized by Mr.Shan Deqi.It is an expectation that the article can comprehensively analyse the mass fundamental data and put forward adaptive renewal mathods for all types,with the help of the methods for cladistic taxonomy,so that it can provide future researchers with a reliable theoretical framework.
