The Research On Sustainable Design And Evaluation Of Product Service System In The Context Of Sharing Economy

In recent years,with the maturity of mobile internet technology,the development of cloud computing and big data technology,and the rise of third-party payment,the service economy with sharing as the main form has developed rapidly under this background.At the same time,with the rapid development of urbanization,traffic congestion,serious air pollution and urban noise are becoming more and more serious,which restrict the sustainable development of cities.The public bicycle system which aims to alleviate urban traffic congestion and solve the “last mile” problem has been greatly impacted in the context of sharing economy.The government-led public bicycle system is now being transformed into market-driven bike sharing system.As one of the mainstream modes of sharing travel services,bike sharing has been developing rapidly under business model innovation and capital promotion.Although bike sharing is green,low-carbon and high-efficiency,it also exposes many unsustainable problems,such as parking confusion,malicious damage,product waste,overutilization of social resources,and highlights the problems behind the development model of the system.Taking bike sharing as an example,this paper studies the sustainable design and evaluation of product service system in the context of sharing economy.This paper takes sharing product service system as the research starting point,discusses the sustainability of sharing economy,analyzes the design ideas of the sharing product service system,and summarizes the key elements in the establishment process of sustainable sharing product service system business model.Secondly,it analyzes the characteristics of sustainable evaluation assessment methods,and proposes a systematic sustainable semantic set based on the sustainable attributes of industrial chain,supply chain,value chain,and consumption chain,which provides the basis for the establishment of sustainable bike sharing evaluation system.Subsequently,based on the research and discussion on the development model of bicycle sharing system at different stages of development,it proposes the ISVC semantic set of bike sharing system,as one of the public sustainable service system,the design elements of sustainable bike sharing system are summarized.Finally,a sustainable evaluation system based on sustainable semantic set for bike sharing is established,and Mobike is used as an example to conduct preliminary evaluation practice.The innovation of this study is to adopt multi-disciplinary integration of research thinking,systematically analyze the characteristics of sharing product service system,and put forward the design elements of bike sharing system.In addition,from the overall environment of upstream,midstream and downstream of the sustainable development of enterprises,a sustainable semantic set based on ISVC is proposed,and on this basis,an evaluation system for bike sharing systems is constructed.This research has a certain reference role for the sustainable research of sharing product service systems,especially bike sharing system,and provides ideas for the long-term research of this topic.
