Optimization Research On The Lean Production Application Solution Of B Company

With the rapid development of the global economy,the competition in the manufacturing market has become increasingly fierce under the backdrop of the global industry sweeping 4.0.The continuous rise of land costs,negative tax costs,raw material costs,and labor costs,and the reduction of integrated management costs and production costs are facing enormous challenges for manufacturing companies.In addition,in the face of increasingly severe haze,the concept of green development has become a common requirement in the whole process of the industry.Therefore,how companies can effectively recycle resources and zero waste has become imminent.In this paper,a well-known multinational German-funded company,B company,as the research object,applies the basic theory of lean production to study B company's lean production application program(BPS).First of all,the object of the study and the relevant theoretical basis are explained.Based on this,based on the corresponding lean production theory system,the internal lean production system and application methods of company B,such as 5S,value stream,and other specific methods and related cases are contacted.The research and data collection will be analyzed,summarized and evaluated according to the actual application status of lean production,so as to obtain the advantages and disadvantages of the application program of the lean production system of Company B.The employees present there are not enough attention,the content is complex,and there is no complete evaluation system.Other issues such as the establishment of reward mechanisms and employee performance combined,strengthened BPS training for non-frontline employees,implemented job rotation,streamlined the content system,made the content transparent and visual,and created checklists.And the implementation of optimization recommendations put forward human resources,systems,and technical aspects of safeguard measures,so as to provide reference and enlightenment for our country's lean production program.
