Research On Shield Settlement Management Of Z Shield Project

With the continuous growth of population in metropolitan areas,metro network operation can greatly ease the pressure on surface transportation,solve the problems of traffic congestion and environmental pollution.At present,China’s urban subway construction is in a period of vigorous development.This project is a subway shield construction project.In the face of the ever-increasing competitive pressures of enterprises,this paper studies how to effectively and effectively improve the construction quality.This article is based on total quality management and six sigma project management methods that define,measure,analyze,improve,control the five stages to carry out the project schedule.During the definition phase,it was clarified which kind of quality factors to study,set the project objectives,formulated the preliminary preparation such as the promotion plan,and confirmed the thrust and heading in the measurement stage mainly using the flow chart,causality matrix,failure mode and effect analysis tools Speed,the amount of excavated,the amount of grouting,slurry ratio and other potential factors to confirm.Then the potential factors were analyzed by tools such as analysis of variance and experimental design,and corresponding measures were taken.In the improvement phase of these measures using hypothesis testing and other methods to do a rigorous improvement of data results assessment.Finally,the p chart in the SPC is used to monitor the achievement of project objectives and the control plan is used to maintain the project results.Through the combination of the theory and practice of quality management in the project,our successful application of quality tools reduced the baseline of settlement greater than 3 mm from 51%to 0.36%during shield tunneling.Not only solved the practical problems,but also enhanced the ability of project team members to work together.The experience of the project has provided the train of thought and the route for solving the quality problem,and also provided the reference value for further solving the improvement of other products.
