| In recent years,with the country’s economic development gradually shifting from high-speed development to high-quality development,manufacturing-oriented enterprises have paid more and more attention to product quality,and quality has increasingly become a core competitiveness of a company.Six Sigma,as a technical tool to achieve the best quality,is increasingly being used in all areas of the enterprises.The main purpose of this thesis is to solve the external customer complaints of the enterprise X and improve the internal qualification rate and inspection efficiency of the factory.After collecting and analyzing the external customer and internal factory feedback,the flow chart and the SIPOC chart were used in the definition phase to determine the project scope and key quality characteristics.Three problems of product straightness,opening verticality and inspection efficiency were defined.Therefore,the project goal of reducing customer complaint rate,improving the qualification rate and improving inspection efficiency were formulated,and a half-year project plan was formulated for the project.In the measurement phase,the FMEA was used to determine the specific process of the problem from heat treatment,machining and inspection.After cause-effect analysis was used to find the key influencing factors of the corresponding problem,the measurement system was analyzed,and the test data of the tempering temperature,holding time and heat treatment liquid concentration factor affecting the straightness problem were measured.In the analysis stage,the linearity relationship between temperature,time and concentration on straightness was analyzed by correlation analysis and the opportunity for rapid improvement of machined opening verticality was obtained.In the improvement stage,the DOE with three-factors two-levels was used to design the optimal process parameters combination and the verification test was carried out,and the inspection efficiency was improved by making an automated inspection platform.In the final control phase,the result of the project implementation were verified and evaluated,and the relevant standard documents were updated.Achieved the established goals and improved customer satisfaction.The research results of this thesis provide reference for the quality improvement of similar project using Six Sigma. |
