Underground Commercial Space Design Of The Urban Rail Transit Hub

Underground commerce is an important resource for the comprehensive development and utilization of urban rail transit hub.It is special to solve the stress of urban central area,to dredge the flow of underground traffic,to alleviate the economic pressure on the construction of urban rail transit,to supplement and optimize the functional structure of the urban commercial area.It has special significance and plays an important role in enhancing the vitality of the city.The development of China in this field is late,so there are also many problems in the rapid development and construction,such as the layout of underground commercial space is not perfect,underground transportation organization and commercial space organization is confused,the quality of underground space environment is poor and so on.Therefore,the rational layout and space design of the underground commerce of the rail transit hub should be carried out so as to promote the construction of a good underground public space system in the rail transit hub area of the urban central district.In this paper,the underground commerce of rail transit hub in urban central area is taken as the research object,the spatial structure layout is studied from the point of view of dynamic development,and the characteristics of underground business form,space organization and space environment under different layout modes are compared and analyzed,and the corresponding design strategy is put forward for the future hub underground.Reference is provided for the layout and design of commercial space.Firstly,the paper combed the basic theory of the hub underground commercial space,summed up the basic types and characteristics of the underground commercial space of the urban central rail transit hub,and analyzed the interaction relationship between the rail transport hub and the underground commerce,and the impact of the traffic transfer organization on the underground commercial space of the urban rail transit hub.Through the systematic combing of the formation and development of underground commercial space in urban rail transit hub.this paper summarizes the basic layout and characteristics of the underground commercial space network structure system of urban rail transit hub.Then select three different types of domestic and foreign key cases for analysis and research,and conduct comparative analysis and overall evaluation.And then based on theoretical research and case analysis,this paper puts forward a reasonable design strategy for the underground commercial space of urban rail transit hub,and takes the future DAZHONGSI hub of Beijing as an example to explore the conceptual integration design of rail transit hub combined with underground commercial.
