The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development clearly stated in the “13th Five-Year Plan for Urban Underground Space Development and Utilization” issued in 2016: China's underground space construction faces systemic shortages,backward management systems and lags in planning,and needs to be improved in response to these problems.Objectives for underground space planning systems,planning and design of standardized underground spaces,and establishment of underground space information systems.Aiming at this national development goal,combined with the development requirements of underground city informatization by smart city and digital city,this paper proposes to use GIS+BIM technology to systematically design the underground space of the core area of urban central track site and establish corresponding information system.To provide reference for the development of underground space systemization and digitization.This paper studies the systematic design of the underground space in the core area of urban center-type track sites based on GIS+BIM technology through six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part.Through the research on the background and the underground space of orbital stations at home and abroad,the current research mainly focuses on three-dimensional design,compactness research,development model research,etc.,lacking digital and systematic research.The significance of systematic design based on GIS+BIM is to promote the development of China's new urbanization,improve the systematic and scientific development of China's underground space planning,and promote the application of digital technology in urban underground space planning and construction.The second chapter is the basic theory research part.Through the study of urban compactness,three-dimensional theory,"point-axis space" structural system theory,TOD theory and smart city theory,it provides theoretical support for the construction of the core area of the site,summing up the rail transit.The relationship between construction and urban development: the construction of rail transit optimizes the functional layout of the city,transforms the urban development structure,expounds the characteristics of the initial stage,development stage and prosperity stage of the development of the underground space of the orbital site,and proposes the networking of the underground space in the core area of the orbital site.The development trend of three-dimensional and functional transformation and multi-integration of above-ground and underground space is summarized.The problems of imperfect functional planning,large development error,lack of systematic planning and application of GIS+BIM technology are summarized.The third chapter is the framework part of GIS+BIM system.Through the research on the application status of GIS and BIM technology at home and abroad,the application of GIS+BIM technology in the underground space of the core area of the orbital site is proposed: through the conversion of the two data and related The collection of urban data establishes a city information database.Based on this database,the design department,management department and regulatory department are connected to create an information management platform to realize systematic design and management.Finally,the specific application of GIS+BIM system in each stage of design is described in detail.method.The fourth chapter studies the planning and design of the core area of the urban center track site.Firstly,it summarizes the three development modes and characteristics of the radial,network and integrated style of the underground space of the central track site.Secondly,it proposes systemization,networking and function.Four design methods of compounding and eco-greening,and finally detailed description of the application of GIS analysis function in the construction of underground space in the core area of urban central orbital site and the application of construction scale,and GIS+BIM technology in the underground Application methods in the planning and design of pedestrian passages,underground lanes and integrated pipe corridors.The fifth chapter studies the architectural design and operation management of the underground space in the core area of the urban center-type track site.Firstly,the functional composition and morphological characteristics of the underground space of the site are studied,as well as the section pattern of the systematic design of the underground space of the site.The GIS research results of the chapter refer to the process framework of concrete architectural design,and explain the application of BIM in the internal design,space optimization and indoor effects of the underground space of the site.Finally,the GIS+BIM technology is analyzed.The application process and application scope of the current underground space construction and operation management stage.The sixth chapter summarizes the research results,research deficiencies and prospects.
