| Most of the faults of rotating machinery are related to the running state of rolling bearings,and it is of great significance to the fault diagnosis of bearings.In this paper,rolling bearing is taken as the research object,and a system for vibration detection and fault diagnosis of rolling bearings is developed to realize the vibration detection and fault diagnosis of rolling bearings.The system consists of two parts,the hardware part and the upper computer program.The hardware consists of sensor,charge amplifier,filter and data acquisition card.In order to pick up vibration signal and convert it into voltage signal,this paper completed the selection and design of the acceleration sensor,charge amplifier,the weak vibration signal amplification;mixed with other interference signals obtained directly,influencing the reliability of diagnosis,the six order filter;the vibration signal is input to the the filter,output filter,obtained the vibration signal contains no interference signal.Then the signal is collected by the acquisition card and the signal is transmitted to the host computer.The host computer adopts Visual Basic programming.The host computer program mainly includes time domain waveform,frequency domain waveform,envelope spectrum,report generation and database composition.Among them,the time-domain waveform signal acquisition card is the acquisition value of the picture in time interval,reflect the vibration waveform signal;frequency domain waveform is the vibration signal by FFT transform spectrum analysis can show the vibration signal frequency division law;envelope spectrum processing of vibration signal by using Hilbert transform,realize the spectrum display in signal envelope;report generation of effective value,peak value,kurtosis parameter module,can be used to determine whether there is a fault bearing,the bearing fault diagnosis;database can realize the related parameters can be recorded and check measurement data.In order to test the feasibility of bearing fault diagnosis system,it is necessary to carry out relevant experiments on rolling bearing,so as to verify the reliability and accuracy of the system. |
