Research On Precision Machine Quality Centroid And Unbalance Torque Detection System

The detection technology of centroid and unbalanced moment plays an important role in the performance of precision mechanical mechanism,such as tank stabilized sight instrument,aircraft propeller and so on.This paper mainly completes the precision machine centroid of mass and unbalanced moment detection system research.Based on the traditional centroid measurement method,the centroid and unbalanced moment detection system is designed and successfully designed to achieve the accurate measurement of the centroid and unbalanced moment of the object.Data acquisition system uses computer technology,serial port data processing technology,motor drive technology and high-precision sensor technology,to achieve high-precision,stable measurement of data purposes.The main objective of this paper is to study and design the precision mass center and unbalanced moment detection system of precision machinery.The main research contents are as follows:1.Study and analyze the theoretical knowledge and detection principle of traditional centroid and related parameters measurement,a new design idea combining the differential measurement of knife edge unloading and the absolute centroid measurement of three point support is put forward;apply AutoCAD software to design mechanical structure of mechanical structure of centroid measuring machine for precision mechanical parts.2.The hardware part of the data acquisition and measurement system is designed,including the force sensor,data acquisition module,serial communication and so on.3.Software Visual Basic is used to design and design the software of mass center of mass and unbalanced moment detection system.The unbalance amount and position of the measured object are displayed on the computer screen.4.According to the detection system of the main institutions of the experiment and the analysis of the experimental data;to the detection system as a whole to further test and debug,detect its accuracy;and improve and perfect.Further verify the accuracy,stability and feasibility of the detection system.According to the analysis of the experimental results,the detection system has high accuracy,good stability and high feasibility.It has great practical value in the detection of centroid and unbalanced moment of precision machinery,such as tank stabilized sight instrument and the aircraft propeller.
