With the progress and development of society,the market is becoming more and more diversified.Consumers have higher requirements on the quality of 3C(Computer,Communication,Consumer Electronics)products.However,the quality of 3C products will affects the user experience directly,which requires manufacturers to improve the processing and testing process of 3C products.The detection process of 3C products is usually completed by special non-standard testing equipment.In most cases,the non-standard detection equipment of 3C products is single,that is,one kind of equipment is only for one detection technology,A variety of testing techniques also require a variety of non-standard detection equipment.The design and development cycle of the non-standard equipment is getting shorter and shorter in the case of the faster and faster iteration of the 3C product category,therefore,it is the key to design non-standard equipment that meet the requirements of customers to improve the competitiveness of a company.On the other hand,non-standard automation equipment generally experiences the process of "demand analysis--mechanical,electronic control design--assembly debugging--design modification--assembly debugging--through mass production","mechanical,electronic control design" is the most important part of the whole process,it will determines the difficulty of assembling and debugging directly and the ability to meet the requirements of customers.Because there is no industry standard in the design of non-standard equipment,whether the design selection is reasonable is verified by the prototype,however the assembled prototype may be modified or even failed due to insufficient design experience and insufficient analysis of the performance of the equipment parts,thus it will waste of resources,extends the equipment development cycle and reduces the efficiency.Aiming at the problems of many kinds of non-standard equipment,short design cycle and difficult design verification,the paper will take the appearance detection process of 3C products and non-standard 3C detection equipment as the research object,under the guidance of the group method of mechatronics design,establish the storage model of non-standard detection equipment,design detection process demand model,set up the matching of process demand and equipment functional component resources.The components of the equipment are divided into subsystems,analyze equipment process requirement,select the components of the detection equipment by selection algorithm.Thus,it can provide reliable guidance for the design of non-standard detection equipment,Improve the success rate of the real prototype.The main innovation points and research results are as follows:(1).Firstly,classified and summarized the function parts of 3C detection equipment,designed the description model of the equipment functional component resource base based on ontology,established the coding rule of the equipment function.Then the instance storage is carried out based on the non-relational database HBase,and designed the related HTable structure,meanwhile,,,the stored procedure of functional component repository is described.(2).Analyzed the characteristics of detection process demand and the process demand model was established from the point of matching with the functional component repository.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used as the basis for the selection of equipment parts.This method is illustrated by an example of transmission mechanism selection,It provides a theoretical basis for device selection.(3).The mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor was established by MATLAB/Simulink and established the kinematics model of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor in Adams,simulated the repeated positioning accuracy of linear motor,The simulation results show that the selected results meet the requirements of repeated positioning accuracy.Finally,a method of error correction using computer technology is proposed and it is used in a non-standard contour detection equipment.
