With the accelerating process of urbanization in China,land for construction has been continuously increasing and the land cover has changed.From the original natural surface to hardened road surface,the infiltration rate of precipitation slowed down,the surface runoff speed increases,and the confluence time becomes shorter.Urban waterlongging has intensified.Most cities in China ignore the surface media-the ?sponge? when they developed.The word ?sponge? was first proposed by Prof.Yu Kongjian.The main idea is that water adapts to nature and fits the solution to the problem of rain and flood in urban development.Subsequently,many scholars began to study how to apply "sponge" to urban construction and put forward the construction system of "sponge city".At the national level,the problems of urban waterlogging,water security,water ecology,water environment and groundwater shortage are gradually recognized.At the Central Urbanization Conference around 2013,it was proposed to build "sponge-type" cities.In 2014,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued "Technical Guidelines for Sponge City Construction." In 2015,16 pilot cities were selected,setting off an upsurge in the construction of sponge cities.This paper takes the eastern part of Jinghe New City as a case to study green space system planning under the concept of sponge.Analysis of research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods of this article are as follows: Firstly,the basic theory of the institute was analyzed,Such as the theory of landscape ecology,the theory of biological diversity and the theory of landscape ecological pattern,to find out the theoretical basis of sponge city idea.Secondly,the concept of sponge city and the green space were analyzed,the connection and difference were obtained,The characteristics study between sponge green space and traditional green space,and put forward the construction steps of green space system layout.Under the guidance of sponge concept,the green space system planning was completed with the combination of indicators and principles,To the terrain,function partition,roads,land use types differentiate elements such as ecological unit,the total annual runoff according to master planning goals,underlying surface,soil infiltration ability and the comprehensive index decomposition of rainfall runoff coefficient,different ecological unit runoff control target are put forward.Designed capacity by volumetric method to calculate the green space system theory,and then with a sponge facilities in the planning of real storage quantity to compare,if not comply with the design capacity,we will need to adjust the layout of the green space system,until the expected goal.(1)Based on the terrain of the river and the city,combining the state of the city and the natural resources of the state,the planning mode of urban green space system in the eastern district of new town was putted forward.The urban green space system structure of "single-minded,two-band,multi-point and multi-corridor" was established.(2)Based on the planning of the green space system,nine ecological units were divided according to the scale of the green space and the drainage flood control plan,terrain,and leading functions of the Xixian New District.(3)Based on the target of total annual runoff volume in the Jinghe New City,indicators such as land type and other factors are used to decompose the indicators,and different control objectives are proposed in each ecological unit.Ecology unit 1 theoretically designed capacity of 20477.45m3,and the actual capacity of the sponge facilities was 21124 m3,and the capacity for adjusting the storage capacity increased by 3.61%.Ecology unit 2 theoretically designed a capacity of 74,892.86 m3,the actual capacity of the sponge facilities was 75,273 m3,and the capacity for regulation and storage increased by 0.51%.Ecology unit 3 theoretically designed the capacity of 21254.4 m3,the actual capacity of the sponge facilities was 21,644 m3,and the capacity for regulation and storage increased by 1.83%.Ecology unite 4 theoretically designed a capacity of 95,567.72 m3,the actual sponge facilities was 95876 m3,and the capacity for regulation and storage is increased by 0.32%.Ecology unit 5 theoretically designed storage capacity was 150,197.76 m3,the actual sponge facility was adjusted to 150,300 m3,and the storage capacity was increased by 0.07%.Ecology unit 6 theoretically designed a capacity of 40,334.16 m3,the actual sponge facilities was 40,693 m3,and the storage capacity was increased by 0.89%.Ecology unit 7 theoretically designed a capacity of 115,277.24 m3,the actual sponge facility was 116140 m3,and the capacity for regulation and storage was increased by 0.75%.Ecology unit 8 theoretically designed a capacity of 9653.66 m3,the actual sponge facilities was 9712 m3,and the capacity for regulation and storage was increased by 0.60%.Ecology unit 9 theoretically designed a capacity of 17,329.68 m3,the actual sponge facilities were adjusted to 17,650 m3,and the capacity for regulating storage increased by 1.85%.This article through to the green space system planning and research,in the concept of the sponge put forward green space construction goal,distal,strategies,such as water shortage city green space system planning for northwest areas to provide guidance and reference significance.
