In recent years,the frequent occurrence of urban flood disaster in China has caused serious loss of life and property.In order to solve the problem of waterlogging,the state has issued a series of documents and policies to promote the construction and development of sponge city.To some extent,the low impact development measures have good effect on the control and reduction of rainwater source.However,due to the complexity of urban flood,China lacks longterm research and practice accumulation on urban flood,especially for the urban waterlogging water points and runoff channels,which are not accurately identified and scientifically planned.In the aspect of green space system planning,each city in China has a good effect on sponge city The cooperation of construction is insufficient.Focusing on the hot,key and difficult issues of urban waterlogging prevention and control which are closely concerned at home and abroad,this paper takes "system research" as the guiding ideology,and comprehensively uses domestic and foreign literature research,theoretical analysis,comparative research,case analysis and other research methods to analyze the shortcomings of urban comprehensive management system of rain and flood and the main problems of current green space system planning in China.Through the cooperation with the United States The UK,New Zealand,Japan and other developed countries carry out a comparative study,and propose to build a comprehensive urban stormwater management system.On this basis,in view of the concept,composition and interrelationship of the urban drainage system,the paper puts forward the key points of the source control system,small drainage system and large drainage system in the planning of green space system,such as the index,layout,classification of green space stormwater planning requirements,etc.,especially Based on the risk of urban flood,the layout of various types of urban green space is studied,and the corresponding suggestions are put forward for the establishment of green space system planning under the comprehensive management of rain and flood in China.The research results provide a reference for China to learn from the experience of developed countries more scientifically and solve urban flood problems more economically and efficiently.The paper has a certain guiding role in the construction of the comprehensive management system of rain and flood,the study of flood risk,the compilation of green space system planning and so on.
