Study On Implementation Of Lean Production Management Mode In Hunan WS Company

Lean production is one of the production management methods which can eliminate the waste and be improved continuously in production.With the development of economy,improvement of people's all kinds consuming needs and the shape of method of production,the production mode has changed,lean production has become one of the important means for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness in the 21 st century.However,the introduction and development of lean production in China is slow,mainly due to the "localization" of lean production only carried out by few enterprises.In this thsis,WS company was taken as the research object.The implementation of "localization" lean production methods in WS was investigated by using quantitative and qualitative analysis methods,the main content of this thesis is as follows:(1)The theory of lean production is studied.The technical system and principles of lean production are reestablished,which can directs investigation and implementation of lean production,and provides theoretical foundation for rationalization analysis of the existing problems in WS company.(2)The promotion of the first round of "localization" lean production program are designed by studing the introduction stage of lean production and analyzing the current problems in WS company.Through the design of the lean producton plan,determine the implementation objectives,principles,proce dures and measures.The first round of the the program is impled by lean production site management and the design.(3)Aimed at the formation of idea of lean production site management and implementation in the workshop of three-phase meter,7S management are studied and analyzed combined with visual management and continual improvement.Through the implementation,the visual management of the workshop is improved,the utilization of equipment and workshop space are improved,the production cost is reduced,and the foundation of "localization" lean production implementation is completed.(4)The lean production line for Single-phase Meter Z6V5.8 is designed by "U" layout and "one flow" production,which realizes the continually and pull-type production between the processes.In the process of design,the balance of the production lines in each workshop is lifted and the standard man-hour library is established.The future value flow chart and eM-plant simulation software are used to analyze the improved processing process.The results show that lean production line can eliminate unnecessary transportation waste,eliminate WIP inventory,shorten production lead time and save cost.
