| With the development of China’s automobile industry,China’s auto parts enterprises have also been developing rapidly,with it comes competition between businesses,consumer demand is changing to product diversification,quality and personalization,higher requirements for cost,efficiency and quality of auto parts manufacturers are put forward.For the auto parts enterprise,the traditional layout and production management mode of production equipment is no longer consistent with the basic requirements of lean production.YF Auto Parts Company is an auto parts supplier mainly based on the production and sale of automotive turbine augers.In order to cope with the competition in the market,meet the needs of customers,effective control of waste,make rational use of resources,it is necessary for the company to strengthen the management of the production site by means of lean production.in order to improve the production management level of the company,enhance the production efficiency of the enterprise,ensure the continuous development of the company.This thesis analyzes the current situation of production site management of YF Auto Parts Company,the problems existing in the management of production site management of YF Auto Parts Company are analyzed.it is found that the production site management of YF auto parts company has low production efficiency,high processing cost and on-site safety risks.it is necessary to formulate countermeasures for the problems existing in the production site management of YF Auto Parts Company.through the analysis of the cause of the project management problem,formulate the Countermeasures for lean production site management of YF auto parts company.Including site layout improvement,process flow optimization,production line balancing and strengthening site environmental management,and in order to ensure the successful implementation of the countermeasures to formulate corresponding safeguards,in order to help YF Auto Parts Company improve the level of production site management. |
