With the increasing competition of the manufacturing market at home and abroad,it makes the enterprise control the demand for production efficiency,product quality and production cost higher and higher.In order to adapt request of market economy,companies shift from crude production to intensive production transformation.The company of J is an automobile production enterprise.This paper takes the company of J as the research object.The workshop production still belongs to crude production model,a multitude of problems are existed on the automobile assembly line.This paper provides some solutions for the site problem,by applying the idea of Lean Production,to realize the improvement of the both effectiveness and efficiency.Here are some research in the follows:Previously,this article expounds the meaning of Lean Production,discusses the related theory of the tools and methods of the site improvement,through site improvement to achieve Lean Production to lay a theoretical basis.Secondly,site conditions of automobile assembly line are discussed on T workshop.These are a large number of problems.The process of operation is unreasonable,existing unnecessary non value-added operations and lacking of auxiliary assembly tools.Product quality problems often occur,part of the improved quality problems happen again and again,which are not solved fundamentally.The poor of site management and working environment affect employee incentive to produce,restricting enterprise production efficiency.Employees work allocation is not reasonable,resulting in low production line balance,which makes the low product JPH?WIP accumulation?unbalanced staff operating time and labor.Then,the problems are put forward improving ideal one by one by methods of site improvement,based on the ideas of the lean production.Process flows are optimized to reducing the number of handling and waiting time,and regulated standardized operation by eliminating unnecessary non value-added operations.The passing rate of product is improved through improvement of team,solving the problem of product quality.6S management makes the operation more convenient,the environment more clean and tidy,by considering the thought of people-oriented.On the basis of improved ideal,the production line balancing rate increase,aiming at the low rate of line balancing problem,optimization mathematical model is built up,use tabu search algorithm by means of MATLAB digitally to improve the rate of line balancing.Finally,according to the improved ideal,ED simulation software is adopted based on conditions in the field,and models the improved production process simulation.The improved ideal in this paper is feasible,by the analysis of simulation results.The optimization results show that the improved ideal can improve production efficiency,increase production and reduce the production cost.
