Design And Application On Smart Grounding Wire And Its Management System

In order to ensure the safety of construction,the grounding wire must be used in distribution line construction,repair and maintenance operations.As the distribution lines always have many branches and large dispersion,locate in-depth load center and vulnerable to construction and tree shelter,which cause greater control risk of the grounding wire,such as missing or closing the switch with grounding wire.The traditional telephone reports,text records are still used in the supervision and management of the grounding wire,which are unreliable and can not meet the current production requirements.With the help of "Internet +" and Internet of things technology,this paper designs a new type of smart power grounding wire management system,which can realize real-time monitoring and smart management of grounding state by GPS positioning and wireless communication technology.Firstly,the smart grounding wire management system is designed in general.According to the application place,the three-tier structure of the field equipment layer,the system master station and the mobile terminal layer is proposed,and the function of each layer system is defined.The field equipment layer contains grounding wire and its smart monitoring terminal,the articulated induction contact is designed and the hardware system of monitoring terminal is developed which contains micro control unit,display circuit,switch signal gathering circuit,GPRS and GPS communication circuit and the design of the input and output parts.Secondly,On the basis of hardware development,the communication principle between monitoring terminal,system master station and mobile terminal is studied.According to the idea of software design,the software frame,data flow,data dictionary and so on are designed,and the specific frame format for system communication is designed.The key issues such as safety authentication of the mobile terminal,the law of the grounding wire displacement and the precise positioning method of the grounding position are also studied.Finally,we develop the smart grounding wire,the main station management system and mobile terminal APP which meet the relevant technical and management requirements by actual test and application.Combined with the power system construction experience,safety regulations and management requirements,the smart grounding wire management system is developed.The device can monitor the grounding position and status of maintenance(construction)process,issue an automatic alarm for unsafe behavior and can significantly improve safety level of electric power construction.
