Permanent magnet synchronous motor in the variable frequency speed regulation system to real-time detect the rotor position and speed,people tend to choose to install mechanical sensors on the rotor shaft of the motor rotor speed and position.However,due to the limitation of volume,cost and the complexity of various wiring,over time,the performance of the control system will decrease and even out of control.Therefore,how to realize PMSM without mechanical sensor control becomes a hot issue in the field of control research and development.Aiming at this problem,this paper presents an improved method for the control of PMSM by a modified Luenberger observer method.Luenberger observer due to using a single PI regulator to estimate the rotor position and Angle,made under normal working condition of system estimate the Angle and the speed is not very accurate,for the change of the load to make instant effective regulation,serious will cause the system downtime,this article on this issue a 5 sections of PLL phase-locked loop dynamic parameters algorithm is used to estimate the rotor Angle and speed,using MATLAB/Simulink simulation platform to improve the Luenberger observer are compared before and after the simulation.Simulation experimental results show that the improved dragon's observer method under the condition of different load rotor estimation accuracy increased by about 22.7%,no-load speed precision is increased by about 25%,when the load speed precision is increased by about 33.3%.A software and hardware system and a measurement and control platform based on the improved Luenberger observer method are designed and built and in the Keil MDK integrated development environment to realize the control of the system software algorithm.Test results show that the improved Luenberger observer algorithm under different load speed can increase about 40% accuracy,to further improve the performance of the system,the system stability and have greatly improved,the experimental results correspond to the simulation results.
